We stand by our products and guarantee them against any manufacturing defects.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days for a refund. Please return your purchase in original condition,
Melissa Eyewear will credit the purchase amount back to your credit card. Shipping fees are not refundable.
The following items may NOT be returned NOR exchanged
Glasses with lens power of +0 (attitude glasses), + 0.75 , +325 or +350
Eyeglass holders, magnifiers, lorgnettes or pince nez.
Sunglass readers (reading sunglasses).
On SPECIALS, SPECIAL OFFERS , RED DOT ITEMS, OR ORDERS PLACED WITH COUPONS
We can NOT accept returns on internationally shipped items
To exchange an item for a different color or lens power, please return it for a refund, and place a new order.
