Q. How do I look up a certain Melissa Eyewear style? A. In "Search", on top right, enter model # , such as GLA3. You may also search shape, color or gender.
Q. Can I put my prescription lenses in Melissa Eyewear frames?
A. Yes you can. Melissa Eyewear frames are optical quality, specifically designed to hold prescription lenses. If your Optician gives you a hard time, go elsewhere.
Q. I don’t need glasses, but I want to wear them. Can I order a frame with no power to “look smart” ?
A. Yes you can. Melissa Eyewear offers “Attitude Glasses”, Optical lenses with no power. Choose the glasses you like, and click on +0 power in the “drop down” lens power box. Please note, there is no return, exchange or refund for attitude glasses.
Q. Can I place an order and have it shipped as a gift to a friend?
A. Yes you can. We will send your friend the order with a packing slip and your message enclosed
Q. When will my order ship?
A. Most orders will ship within 72 hours or sooner via Priority Mail. Upon request, orders can also be shipped via Fed Ex service, call us at 845-354-1639 for details.
Q. Can I adjust the fit of my glasses ?
A. Melissa Eyewear products are optical quality. This means that glasses may be adjusted by any qualified optical professional.
Q. How do I care for my reading glasses or sunglasses?
A. When not in use, always store your glasses in the pouch which is provided with your order. Never place your glasses face down on any surface which is liable to scratch the lenses. Clean the lenses using a soft, non abrasive cloth.
