My correct glasses (orange and red, rather than silver and yellow) arrived today,
and I love them. Thanks very much for the speedy resolution.
In my experience, everyone and every company makes mistakes from time
to time. The best companies (the ones that develop loyal followings and
reputations for being client-friendly)are those that recover from a mistake
with fabulous service. You did exactly that. I called yesterday morning to
tell you that the wrong color glasses had been shipped to me. I received
a return call within the hour, and the corrected order was in my hands
the next day.
